ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. My State Farm journey began in 2002 when I started as a team member, giving me nearly a decade of firsthand agency experience before opening an office of my own. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to a daughter who plays college golf and a son who competes in team roping.
We’re very involved in our local community and enjoy giving back whenever we can. I volunteer through our local school district and Lions Club, which gives me the opportunity to stay connected to and support the rural community we serve.

As Account Associate for Sarah Clayton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As Account Associate for Sarah Clayton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
